But Natural !

Satish was the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Gupta. They had one daughter Ranjeeta who was very good in studies. Mr. Gupta expired when Satish was doing his part time MBA, after his graduation, in a night college. Both Mother and daughter now only had Satish to take care of them. Ranjeeta was in first year B.Comm. at the time her father expired.
Sweta was the only daughter of a rich Industrialist. She was tall, dusky and ugly to look at. They had several factories and were filthy rich. She was 32 and was still unmarried. She had an affair with a very handsome Model and had spent money like water on him to establish him as an Actor and top Model. After he achieved fame and success, he dropped her and married a beautiful Model ! This had been very shocking for Sweta and in spite of several proposals that came her way – she refused them all – after all she had got the taste of a handsome and rugged model and thus her expectancy level had increased a hell lot . She had flings and affairs occasionally but it did not last very long.
Satish was one of the candidates who came for an interview for the post of Marketing Executive. He was 23 , tall and better looking than the others who had come for the Interview. Sweta took an instant liking for his good looks and thought of using him for her personal matters as well. He was recruited . Sweta made him sit in her cabin all the time and seduced him to go to bed with her. After 3 months of sexual life – Satish hit upon a plan – why not marry the Boss and be the owner of the huge Industry. Thus Satish found out all about her past and started courting her with all his might. He used all the tricks shown in the movies to impress a woman and eventually , after 7 months, she agreed to marry him.
The biggest 7 star hotel was booked and the marriage took place with a whole lot of pomp and show. Sweta could not stand the sight of her uncouth , middle class Mother-in-law and sister-in-law. She made them feel like muck and unwanted in their own son’s / brother’s wedding ! Satish couldn’t careless – he was too busy enjoying his new found riches. He did not even come to know when his Mother and sister left the wedding party. They both went back home in the last local bus to their home ! Ranjeeta took up tuitions as well as joined a B.Ed. course - and both Mother and daughter started living on their own – they had pension benefits of Late Mr. Gupta and some tuition money. It was enough for both of them.
Satish and Sweta went to Switzerland for their Honeymoon. They were enjoying life. After 2 years, Sweta became pregnant. She gave birth to a baby daughter. Satish, in the meanwhile, started opening his own Industries and offices – without Sweta’s knowledge. He built his own individual empire with the money from Sweta’s bank.
And then the inevitable happened. Milli – a beautiful, lissome girl, came for an Interview for the post of Secretary. Satish was 35 years old now. Milli was just 21. She had a pretty bold outlook and had come for the Interview wearing a sleeveless sexy dress - thus Satish did not have to try hard to get her laid. He bought her expensive gifts and she accepted them gladly !After a few months or so – they decided to get married.
He confessed to Sweta that he was going to put an end to their 12 years old relationship. Sweta , who was now around 44 was devastated to hear this ! She fell at his feet and plead him not to leave her – she reminded him of their love and their daughter – but nothing moved Satish. He was smitten by Milli …and moreover he was never in love with Sweta – it was just her money – and he had to sacrifice his prime youth to please ugly Sweta using all his charms – even he couldn’t take it any longer and was tired of acting all the time !
He sent her the divorce papers. Sweta could not think of anything – she then decided to approach his mother. After 12 years or so – she made efforts to go to their house . Ranjeeta opened the door and was surprised to see Sweta standing at their doorstep !
‘Oh! what brings you here?’ asked Ranjeeta.
‘ Your brother is leaving me and his child – he is so heartless – he did not think twice to leave me and his daughter for a young bitch !!- please ask him to change his mind – you and your Mother are my last chance !’ saying this Sweta started crying.
‘Maa – look your grand daughter has come for the first time in her life …..you always wanted to see Satish’s daughter – I think God has sent her here so that you can at least have a look at her !’ said Ranjeeta.
‘Are you going to speak to him ?’ asked Sweta.
‘Speak to who? My brother Satish ? Why !? what’s the use – its but natural of him to leave his wife and daughter …..you see if a man can leave his own mother for some ‘10 years older to him & ugly looking ’ woman – for money …then why would he not leave his haggard old wife and daughter for a sexy, lissome and younger female? – do you not understand human psychology – you have some several hundred people working under you in your Companies !! Sorry madam – if you are a poor judge of character – then we cannot really help it – we have learnt to live without that ‘greedy, debauch , shameless and thankless’ pig – who also happens to be our blood relation – so it will be better for you too – to forget him and start a new life …you are a rich woman – you can easily find some eligible spineless bachelor …so many of them pass out from colleges and Management Institutes every year – use your charms – riches actually - and begin a new life – that’s the only suggestion that I can give. Okay?’ saying this Ranjeeta slammed the door on Sweta’s face.
